Partner at Larrain y Asociados since 1994, dedicated to energy and natural resources and to structuring and financing complex industrial projects. He advises major mining and electricity companies on electricity regulation, PPAs, transmission, renewable projects, LNG matters and project financing, and has served as a commercial law professor and as a board member of a large pension fund manager.
