Partner at Larrain y Asociados Abogados with a practice focused on regulated services, natural resources and energy law, project finance, commercial and corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the firm in 2004 and has been a partner since 2017; he has international experience as a 2014 foreign associate in Houston and has taught civil and economic law at Chilean universities.
