Andrés Silva is a partner at Larrain y Asociados Abogados, where he leads the firm's labor practice and also advises on real estate, capital markets, publicly traded companies, bond issues, corporate reorganizations and investment funds. He joined the firm in 1999 and has been a partner since 2013; he has also taught Commercial Law and served as assistant in Civil Law at Universidad de los Andes (2008–2014).
