Partner at Bomchil in the Financial Services and Capital Markets department, focusing on capital markets, financing operations and merger & acquisition transactions, and advising national and foreign clients on corporate and contractual matters. She has extensive experience on banking, foreign exchange and anti‑money‑laundering rules and proceedings before the National Securities Commission, the Financial Information Unit and the Argentine Central Bank; she is also a lecturer at Universidad de Buenos Aires, an author and a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the Committee of Banking Lawyers of Argentina.
