Counsel at Prieto Abogados who leads the firm's Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence practices and chairs the Advisory Commission for the Implementation of the Data Protection Law. Since 2008 she has advised public and private organisations across Healthcare, Transportation, Telecommunications, Scientific Research and Retail on data management, technology implementation, data transfer agreements and impact assessments.
