Senior Associate at Prieto Abogados in Chile, part of the firm’s Tax and Corporate team with experience in banking & finance and litigation. He earned a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014), completed an exchange at the University of Bath (2014), obtained an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley (2019), worked at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher in New York (2019–2020), and previously practiced at Cariola, Diéz Pérez-Cotapos; he is also an assistant for the Corporate Law course at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
