Partner at Prieto Abogados since 2005 (joined the firm in 1998) and head of the Mergers and Acquisitions area, with extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A including leadership in over 50 supermarket-chain acquisitions and mergers. He also advises on banking and finance (syndicated loans, project financing, restructuring), securities (takeover bids, bond issuances) and on energy, natural resources and ports matters (power-plant projects, gas and electricity contracts, joint ventures and port bidding/contract negotiation).
