Fernando Samaniego

Partner at Prieto Abogados and head of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration Department; he joined Prieto in 1988 and has been a partner since 1998. He advises on dispute resolution and arbitration — including construction, insurance, property, administrative and environmental matters — and also works in antitrust proceedings and has acted as an arbitrator.
