Ricardo Montero

Ricardo Montero is a Partner at Silva and an Intellectual Property specialist who joined the firm in July 2006. He has extensive experience in trademarks, domain names and copyright matters—participating in negotiations, litigation and contract drafting—has represented public sector organizations and national and international private companies, has taught civil law at Alberto Hurtado University and Adolfo Ibáñez University, and is a member of the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI) and the Chilean Licensing Society (LES Chile).
