Partner at Silveiro Advogados in Brazil and coordinator of the firm's Probate and Family department. He holds a Bachelor's degree from PUC-RS and a Master's degree and PhD from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), teaches Family Law, Probate Law and Business Law, is a member of undergraduate, master's and PhD assessment boards, and is the author of multiple articles on succession and family-law topics.
