Lic. Adriana San Román, M.A. is an attorney and financial analyst with more than twenty years' experience in corporate banking, financial engineering and project finance, and is an internationally recognized counsel and damages expert in arbitrations involving large infrastructure, construction and technology disputes. She is the principal author of "Damages in International Arbitration Under Complex Long-Term Contracts" (Oxford International Arbitration Series) and frequently acts as damages consultant and quantification expert in international arbitrations.
