Co-head of TozziniFreire's Insurance & Reinsurance practice with over thirteen years of experience advising insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers and other clients on SUSEP regulatory matters, strategic agreements, loss adjustment, and both strategic and administrative litigation. She also teaches at higher-education institutions and is the author of multiple books and articles on insurance law.
