Shin Jae Kim is a Partner at TozziniFreire, head of the firm's Compliance & Investigation practice group, member of the Executive Committee and head of the Asia Practice Group coordinating the Korea Desk. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate law, M&A and cross-border investments and is noted for her work on anti-corruption, corporate governance and corporate investigations, including co‑heading the creation of the Latin American Compliance & Investigation League (LACIL).
