Partner at TozziniFreire with more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity, foreign investment and complex agreements, having led major transactions in Rio Grande do Sul. She advises on corporate governance and succession planning and works on strategic relations in the innovation ecosystem as a bridge between venture capital funds and large companies; previously a permanent associate in the M&A team at Skadden in Los Angeles and an intern for a judge at the Superior Court of California.
