Partner at TozziniFreire with over 23 years' experience in competition law, advising on cartel investigations, unilateral conduct matters, merger control and antitrust compliance programs across industries such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, technology, payment services, food & beverage, textiles and plastics. He served as general coordinator of the SDE (Secretariat of Economic Law) at the Ministry of Justice, where he conducted the first antitrust dawn raids and drafted the antitrust compliance guidelines (SDE Ordinance No. 14/2004).
