Partner at TozziniFreire with over 15 years of experience in the tax field, advising on tax planning and administrative litigation for companies and individuals and working on international operations, restructurings and M&A with a focus on the tax–accounting interface. He has extensive experience in wealth planning, direct and indirect taxes and customs, and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT).
