Partner in the Labour and Social Security practice at Mitrani Caballero with over four decades of experience in employment, collective bargaining and social security law. He is President of the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law, a member of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences, a professor and frequent lecturer, and has advised clients across Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Romania, Venezuela and the United States.
