Corina P. Laudato leads Mitrani Caballero’s tax practice and is a tax planning expert with extensive experience in tax structuring for sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, business reorganisations, private equity investments and associated financings. She advises on corporate and individual taxation and designs and implements international tax-efficient investment and business platforms.
