Founding Partner of Arteaga Gorziglia & Cia Abogados and co‑head of the firm's Corporate Group, with over 30 years' experience in corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and infrastructure. He has acted on financings for toll roads, hospitals, ports and airports in Chile, serves as an arbitrator in commercial and infrastructure disputes, and has been a professor of Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2000.
