Myriam Barahona

Partner of Banking & Finance at Morales & Besa, Myriam Barahona advises on commercial, financial and corporate matters both nationally and internationally, with broad experience in infrastructure and energy project finance, banking finance, investment funds and the placement of shares and bonds. She worked as a foreign associate at Allen & Overy LLP in New York (2007–2008) and holds an LL.M from the University of Chicago Law School.
