نبذة
Founding Partner at Manesco Advogados who advises investors in Brazil's regulated sectors (including energy, telecoms, transport, ports and healthcare) and represents clients in litigation before Brazil's higher courts (STF and STJ). He is a full professor of Public Law at the University of São Paulo (served as director 2018–2022) and currently serves as Minister of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
