André Ricardo Lemes

André Lemes is a partner in the Tax practice at Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados with more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory, administrative proceedings and litigation. He has extensive experience representing companies in the electric sector, is a former member of the Tax Court of the State of São Paulo (TIT) and the Brazilian Administrative Tax Appeals Council (CARF), and was cited in Chambers Latin America as an Associate to Watch in Tax Litigation in 2012 and 2013.
