Partner at Headrick Rizik Alvarez & Fernández who counsels domestic and international clients on civil, corporate and commercial matters, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial transactions, foreign investment, financings, project development and regulatory matters including data protection. He has acted on landmark matters including an insolvency-driven acquisition of a chocolate manufacturer and a US$940 million financing for Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (Aerodom).
