Partner at Consortium Legal in El Salvador and head of the firm's foreign investment, international trade and regulated sector, with over 20 years' experience advising private and public clients on corporate law, foreign investment, infrastructure, energy, aeronautical and technology matters. She previously served in the Foreign Service as a legal counsellor and Charge d'Affaires for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama appointed to the United States and El Salvador, and is active in the firm's pro bono and social responsibility programs.
