Partner at Consortium Legal in Guatemala with 11 years of experience advising the financial services and fintech, food and beverage, and agro-industrial sectors. He has extensive experience defending clients in tax litigation against the Tax Authorities (SAT), handling civil, commercial and trademark disputes, appeals before the Supreme Court of Justice (Civil Chamber) and constitutional actions (amparo and unconstitutionality); he is also a Full Professor of Civil and Commercial Procedural Law and a member of the Board of Directors of the Guatemalan Institute of Procedural Law.
