Isabel Torres‑Sastre is Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group at McConnell Valdés LLC in Puerto Rico. She concentrates her litigation practice on intellectual property, securities arbitrations (including FINRA proceedings), data security, media and entertainment, and healthcare facility liability, and has counseled clients on trademark, copyright, unfair competition, false advertising and right of publicity; she was part of the litigation team in González‑Oyarzún v. Caribbean City Builders, a First Circuit per curiam decision addressing the Seventh Amendment jury-trial requirement for Puerto Rico.
