Partner with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and IP filings, including patent, trademark and copyright prosecution. She chairs the Intellectual Property Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce Mexico (Amcham) and the Litigation Affairs Committee at the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI); she previously served as Divisional Director of Intellectual Property Protection at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) and has participated in international IP negotiations and forums (WIPO, INTERPOL).
