Partner at Hernández & Cía in Peru, specializing in dispute resolution and constitutional law. He has a long career (including Javier de Belaunde Abogados, 1977–2006, and Echecopar, 2006–2023), has served as an ad‑hoc Judge of the Inter‑American Court of Human Rights, acts as an arbitrator, and has advised the Central Reserve Bank of Peru.
