Partner at Hernández & Cía. (since 2026) specializing in projects, infrastructure and construction, dispute resolution and public law. He has international arbitration experience (formerly Regional Co‑Leader for the US–Latin America International Arbitration Practice Group at DLA Piper until February 2026), serves as an arbitrator at the Lima Chamber of Commerce and has consulted to the Inter-American Development Bank on projects with sovereign guarantees.
