Partner at Nader, Hayaux y Goebel, SC with more than 20 years' experience advising foreign and national clients on Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance, with specialization in insurance and reinsurance, regulated M&A and compliance. He provides specialist services in fintech and insurtech, data protection, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and consumer protection matters, serves as an independent member and secretary of boards of directors of insurance companies, and is President of AMEDESEF and the National Association of Company Lawyers (ANADE); he is also a member of ICC Mexico and a postgraduate lecturer at Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho.
