Founding partner and Director of the Labour Corporate Counseling Area with 26 years' experience in labour conflict resolution and labour relations, advising major companies and economic groups across Colombia. Recently appointed as a co-judge at the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia, he has also directed the Labor Law Department and postgraduate programs at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
