Hernán Fontaine

نبذة

Founding partner of Fontaine & Cía. who heads the firm's Tax Department, advising companies and individuals across real estate, construction, insurance and industry on tax planning, corporate and asset restructuring, M&A, project financing and capital markets. He has substantial dispute-resolution experience as a mediator and arbitrator and is a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
