Paulo César Teixeira Duarte Filho is a partner at Stocche Forbes Advogados who leads the firm's indirect taxation (consumption) and customs practice, advising on complex domestic and cross-border supply chain structures across regulated sectors such as oil & gas, automotive, healthcare, beverages, medicines, cosmetics and energy. He has international experience with Ernst & Young and KPMG in Munich, has served at Brazil's Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury and the Federal Revenue Service, and is the author of several books on tax topics.
