Giácomo Paro is a partner in Souto Correa Advogados and a member of the firm's Tax and Energy departments, advising national and international clients. His practice focuses on tax support for corporate matters (including mergers & acquisitions and reorganizations), succession planning, and work with technology companies; he is also an author on tax law and a guest lecturer for graduate programs.
