Partner at Mannrich e Vasconcelos Advogados with more than 18 years of experience in Labour Law, advising Brazilian and multinational companies on day-to-day employment matters and strategic litigation, including cases before the Superior Labour Court. She is a professor of Labour Law for 15 years, holds a PhD in Law, and is the author of the book Collective Bargaining and the Right to Strike in the Light of Law and Economics and more than 50 academic articles.
