Pablo Fuentes is a Chile-based tax lawyer with more than eight years' experience advising individuals, national and international companies, family offices and business groups. He advises on corporate and family business structuring, domestic and international tax matters, transfer pricing, business reorganizations, tax compliance and defense before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII) and Tax Courts, and also works on estate planning and corporate law matters.
