Jorge concentrates his practice in compliance, regulatory affairs and M&A, with more than 20 years' experience advising companies on complex corporate and regulatory matters. He advises on design and implementation of crime prevention models and compliance programs (including alignment with FCPA and the UK Bribery Act), and provides counsel to boards and C‑Suite executives across highly regulated sectors.
