Gustavo Magalhães is a partner at Madrona Advogados who focuses on regulatory issues and infrastructure projects, advising private companies on concession contracts, public-private partnerships (PPP), bidding processes and the regulation of public services. He is a national reference in concessions and PPPs for sanitation, street lighting, education and health services and previously served as Prosecutor of the City of Belo Horizonte for ten years.
