Associate focused on corporate, transactional and infrastructure matters, with experience in technology industry transactions, venture capital, project finance and M&A. Prior to joining Echeverría Ilharreborde Scagliotti he worked at CMS Carey y Allende (2014–2021) and holds a J.D. from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014) and an LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley (2020).
