Partner at Thomaz Bastos, Waisberg and Kurzweil Advogados in the Complex Litigation and Arbitration department; retired from the judiciary in 2018, joined the firm as a consultant in 2018 and became partner in 2021. Former long-serving judge of the Court of Appeals of São Paulo (TJSP) with extensive experience in appellate matters, judicial administration and internal affairs, including roles as Auxiliary Judge to the Presidency, Internal Affairs Inspector Judge and representative to the Regional Electoral Court of Appeals of São Paulo.
