Managing Partner and founder of UH Abogados, co-head of the corporate and real estate departments with more than 20 years of experience in both in‑house and private practice, including over 16 years at Grupo Exito where she served as General Counsel. She represents companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, is a registered arbitrator with the Medellín Chamber of Commerce, and serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards.
