Founding partner and Rio de Janeiro office leader at Licks Attorneys with nearly 20 years' experience as a trial and appellate litigator before state and federal courts. Since 2002 he has focused on complex disputes in intellectual property, unfair competition, competition law and regulatory compliance, particularly in life sciences and information technology, and advises multinational clients in international disputes.
