Managing Partner at Gálvez, Risso, Zegarra & Asociados with over 25 years of experience, including 17 years as a partner at KPMG and Deloitte Peru, focusing on operations planning and structuring and combining tax consulting with representation of clients before administrative and judicial courts. He is a member of CONFIEP’s tax committee, the Instituto Peruano de Derecho Tributario and the International Fiscal Association, and has taught tax law in postgraduate programs at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and the Universidad de Lima.
