Partner and Co-Head of Litigation and Arbitration at Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados since 2018, Jaime Heredia is a seasoned litigator specializing in civil and constitutional procedure, contentious-administrative proceedings and arbitration. He handles regulatory, tax and sanctions disputes and high‑stakes civil, corporate and infrastructure controversies, has extensive experience defending oil companies in constitutional and environmental cases, and lectures on arbitration; he is also a professor of Civil Procedural Law at Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
