Andres Hernandez Osti is Practice Partner Costa Rica at MMonivation and an intellectual property attorney with long-standing public-sector experience. He served at the national Intellectual Property Government Office from 1987 to 2019 and has been at MMonivation since October 2019; he holds a law degree (UACA, 1994), is a public notary, and is active in professional associations including the Costa Rican Bar Association and INTA.
