Partner at MMonivation in Costa Rica, she leads the firm's Intellectual Property department and has been Head of the IP Department since 2017. Her prior roles include Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Government Office (2004–2008) and Head of the Intellectual Property Department at Consortium Legal Costa Rica (2008–2016).
