Partner at BLC Law Office LLC, Giorgi Batlidze has practised since 2005, joined BLC in 2008 and was promoted to partner in 2012. His work focuses on corporate law and M&A, restructuring and insolvency, finance (including project financing and capital markets), and he is also active in litigation, commercial arbitration and legislative drafting.
