Managing Partner of Gvinadze & Partners with nearly a quarter century in private practice, advising on Georgian and cross-border commercial law with particular focus on energy, infrastructure, tax and dispute resolution. He has advised on major foreign investment and oil and gas transportation projects and has acted in Georgian courts and in international arbitration.
