Partner at PraeLegal Uzbekistan since 2022, Mirzaaziz Ruziev is an Uzbekistan-based lawyer with extensive experience advising local and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, investments, legal due diligence, employment, lending, public debt and equity issuances. He previously headed legal departments at the Uzbek-Korean Development Bank, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Republican Road Fund (Ministry of Finance) and has worked in leading Uzbek law firms; his clients have included IFC, EBRD, ADB, Morgan Stanley and Coca-Cola.
