Managing Partner and founding partner of BLB (Business Legal Bureau), managing the firm since 1995. Widely recognised in Georgia for corporate and banking work, he has extensive project finance experience (representing OPIC in major Georgian project financings since 1996 totaling over USD 1 billion and representing EBRD in eight project financings in 2019), has participated in legislative drafting (including authorship contributions to the Georgian Copyright Law and Civil Code), and serves as a board member of ICC Georgia (elected 2018) and the Association of Law Firms of Georgia.
